N002426; Body: sunburst finish, surface scratches and dings; Neck: maple, minor dings and general wear; Fretboard: rosewood; Frets: good; Electrics: working; Hardware: good; Case: Bass Centre branded Hiscox hard case; Weight: 4.15kg; Overall condition: good for age * Used on various tours and recordings. This particular bass can be seen in use with Seal live in Dublin, 1991. John McKenzie was a renowned session bassist and a member of bands such as Global Village Trucking Company and Man. He later played live and recorded with artists such as Bob Dylan, David Bowie, Seal, Eurythmics, The Pretenders, Phil Manzanera, Alison Moyet, Wham!, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Steve Hillage, Lionel Richie and many more.
