This lot is subject to CITES regulations if exporting outside of the EU *Provenance: the vendor purchased this guitar from an advert in Weston Super Mare Ad Mag on 28th February 1983. The guitar had been refinished in a non-Fender red, had a replaced brass nut and the middle pickup was giving a low output. The guitar was taken to Dick Knight in August 1984 and was refinished in three-tone sunburst. A new nut was fitted by the Kinkade Brothers in March 1983. The middle pickup was rewound by Kent Armstrong in November 1985 - 10,000 turns with 0.056mm wire
